Welcome to YYC.Limo. By accessing or using our website (yyc.limo), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing, browsing, or using YYC.Limo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Services YYC.Limo provides a platform for clients to book limousine services in, around, and outside Calgary. We connect clients with independent drivers who offer limo services. YYC.Limo does not own or operate any vehicles.

3. Subscription Model for Drivers Drivers offering services through YYC.Limo do so under a monthly subscription plan. This subscription allows drivers to be listed on our platform and receive bookings from clients. YYC.Limo does not take any commission or fees from client payments for rides.

4. No Payment Processing Clients booking limousine services through YYC.Limo will arrange and process payments directly with the drivers. YYC.Limo does not handle, process, or receive any payments from clients for ride services. All financial transactions are solely between the client and the driver.

5. Limitation of Liability YYC.Limo acts solely as a booking platform and is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or performance of any drivers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or punctuality of any services provided by drivers. Any disputes arising from services rendered must be resolved directly between the client and the driver.

YYC.Limo does not bear any responsibility for accidents on the road, or for the behavior of drivers or clients. Both drivers and clients agree to waive any legal proceedings against YYC.Limo in all ways, shapes, and forms.

6. Booking and Cancellation Policy Each driver may have their own booking and cancellation policies. Clients are advised to review and confirm these policies with the driver before finalizing any bookings. YYC.Limo is not responsible for any cancellations, no-shows, or changes in service.

7. User Responsibilities Clients using YYC.Limo must provide accurate and truthful information when booking services. Misuse of the platform, including but not limited to fraudulent bookings or abuse of services, may result in the suspension or termination of access to YYC.Limo.

Clients requesting bookings either as passengers themselves or on behalf of others are free to use the service. All payments must be made directly to the driver.

8. Driver Responsibilities Drivers subscribing to YYC.Limo must comply with all applicable laws, including licensing, insurance, and safety regulations. YYC.Limo is not responsible for verifying the credentials or qualifications of drivers listed on the platform.

Drivers are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of YYC.Limo. There is no legal relationship between YYC.Limo and the drivers beyond the subscription arrangement.

Drivers are fully licensed to operate as per the current City of Calgary bylaws. YYC.Limo does not carry additional insurance for rides facilitated through the platform.

9. Intellectual Property All content on YYC.Limo, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of YYC.Limo and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use of any content from the website is strictly prohibited.

10. Modifications to Terms YYC.Limo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination of Access We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to YYC.Limo at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise harmful to other users of the platform.

12. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Calgary, Alberta.
